HUDCO Appoints S A R C & Associates as Statutory Auditors for FY27

Housing & Urban Development Corporation Ltd (HUDCO) has announced the appointment of M/s S A R C & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its Statutory Auditors for the financial year 2026-2027. The appointment was conveyed by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) via a letter dated September 8, 2026, in accordance with Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013. S A R C & Associates will also be responsible for auditing HUDCO's Consolidated Financial Statements for the same fiscal year. The firm, established in 1986, has over 40 years of experience, 17 partners, and more than 200 professionals across 14 branches. They are empanelled with various prestigious institutions including RBI, C&AG, and Indian Bank's Association, and hold ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certifications.
