SRF Ltd Appoints Jyothsana Vasudevan as President & CHRO

SRF Ltd has announced the appointment of Mrs. Jyothsana Vasudevan as the President & Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), a Senior Management Personnel position. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors via a resolution passed by circulation on October 1, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mrs. Vasudevan, aged 47, brings over 24 years of extensive experience in Human Resources across diverse industries including renewable energy, manufacturing, and technology. Her previous role was Sr. Vice President & Head HR at Avaada Manufacturing. The appointment is effective from October 5, 2026.
