SRG Housing Finance Ltd has disclosed a substantial acquisition of equity shares by its promoters, Vinod Kumar Jain and Archis Jain, along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs). The acquisition involved 80,000 equity shares, representing 0.50% of the total share capital. Following this transaction, the total shareholding of the promoter group, including Vinod Kumar Jain, Archis Jain, and their PACs, stands at 59.97% of the total share capital and 59.37% of the total diluted share capital. The acquisition was made through market purchases on September 16, 2026. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at 15,707,588 shares.
