Aqylon Nexus Appoints New MD & Chairperson, MD & ED Resign

Aqylon Nexus Ltd announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting on September 4, 2026. Mr. Parth Rajeshbhai Rupareliya has been appointed as the new Managing Director and Chairperson for a five-year term, effective September 4, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Srivatsava Sunkara resigned from the positions of Managing Director and Chairperson due to personal and professional commitments. Mr. Kiran Kumar Inampudi also resigned as Executive Director. The company also appointed Mr. Krunal Shaileshbhai Hapliya as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent). The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 30, 2026.
