Aqylon Nexus Appoints New MD & Chairperson, Two Directors Resign

Aqylon Nexus Ltd announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting on September 4, 2026. Mr. Parth Rajeshbhai Rupareliya has been appointed as the new Managing Director and Chairperson for a five-year term, subject to approvals. Concurrently, Mr. Srivatsava Sunkara resigned from these positions due to personal commitments, and Mr. Kiran Kumar Inampudi resigned as Executive Director, both effective September 3, 2026. The company also appointed Mr. Krunal Shaileshbhai Hapliya as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director.
