Sri Lotus Developers AGM on Sep 29, 2026; Proposes 50% Dividend

Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Ltd has announced its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 29, 2026. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). Key agenda items include the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY 2025-26, declaration of a final dividend of 50% (₹0.50 per equity share), and the re-appointment of a director retiring by rotation. Additionally, the AGM will seek ratification of remuneration for cost auditors for FY 2026-27 and approval for the appointment of Mr. Paarth Deepak Chheda as an Executive Director.
