Sri Lotus Developers Appoints New Executive Director, Director Resigns

Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Ltd has announced changes in its directorial board following its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 29, 2026. Mr. Paarth Deepak Chheda has been appointed as an Executive Director for a term of 5 years, commencing October 1, 2026, and concluding on September 30, 2031. This appointment was approved by the shareholders at the AGM. Concurrently, Mrs. Roopa Anand Pandit has resigned from her position as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective October 1, 2026, citing preoccupations and personal commitments.
