Sri Lotus Developers Promoter Sells 5.42% Stake

Anand Kamalnayan Pandit, a promoter of Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited, is exercising the oversubscription option to sell a total of 2,65,00,000 Equity Shares, representing 5.42% of the company's paid-up equity share capital. The offer, conducted through the stock exchange mechanism, includes a base offer size of 2,37,95,818 shares (4.87%) and an additional 27,04,182 shares (0.55%) from the oversubscription option. The offer period is scheduled for November 3, 2026 (T day) for non-retail investors and November 4, 2026 (T+1 day) for retail investors, with 10% of the offer size reserved for the retail category.
