Star Cement Board Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results; Re-appoints MDs

Star Cement Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 7, 2026, approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also re-appointed Mr. Sajjan Bhajanka as Chairman & Managing Director, Mr. Sanjay Agarwal as Managing Director, Mr. Prem Kumar Bhajanka as Vice Chairman & Managing Director, and Mr. Pankaj Kejriwal as Executive Director for a further period of three years, effective from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2030, subject to member approval. Additionally, the company announced its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 25, 2026, with book closure from September 19 to September 25, 2026.
