Star Cement Re-appoints MDs & Executive Director for 3 Years

Star Cement Ltd announced the re-appointment of its Managing Directors and Executive Director for a period of three years, effective from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2030. The Board of Directors, based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the re-appointments of Mr. Sajjan Bhajanka as Chairman & Managing Director, Mr. Sanjay Agarwal as Managing Director, Mr. Prem Kumar Bhajanka as Vice Chairman & Managing Director, and Mr. Pankaj Kejriwal as Executive Director. These re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The company also approved the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The 25th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 25, 2026, with book closure from September 19 to September 25, 2026.
