SAIL Announces 54th AGM via VC/OAVM on Sep 24

Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) has announced its 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 24, 2026, at 10:30 AM IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The company has dispatched the Notice of AGM and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26, including audited financial statements, through electronic mode on September 1, 2026. SAIL is providing remote e-voting facility from September 20 to September 23, 2026, and e-voting during the AGM, facilitated by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL). The cut-off date for determining voting eligibility is September 17, 2026.
