SAIL Board Meeting on Oct 27 to Approve Unaudited Financial Results

Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on October 27, 2026, in New Delhi. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider, approve, and take on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2026. In compliance with SEBI regulations, the company has also closed its trading window for designated persons from October 2026 until 48 hours after the financial results are announced.
