SAIL Board: Ms. Sarita Chauhan Appointed Government Nominee Director

Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has announced a change in its board composition. Ms. Sarita Chauhan has been appointed as the Government Nominee Director on the Board of SAIL, effective immediately. This appointment was made by the Ministry of Steel. Additionally, Mr. Vinod Kumar Tripathi, Joint Director of Steel, has been appointed as a Director on the Board of SAIL until further orders, subject to SEBI orders or any other such directives. These changes are effective immediately.
