SAIL Trading Window Closed for Q2 FY27 Financial Results

Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's shares. This closure is effective from October 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The company has informed all designated persons and their immediate relatives about this restriction, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and SAIL's Internal Code of Conduct. The date of the board meeting to consider these financial results will be communicated separately.
