SAIL Sets AGM for Sep 24, 2026; Record Date for Dividend on Sep 30

Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has announced its 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 24, 2026, at 10:30 AM via Video Conferencing. The company also fixed September 30, 2026, as the record date for its final dividend for FY 2025-26. The Board of Directors had previously recommended a final dividend of ₹23.57 per equity share. The Annual Report and AGM Notice will be circulated in due course. The dividend, if approved by shareholders, will be paid within 30 days of the AGM.
