SAIL Sets Record Date for Final Dividend 2025-26

Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has announced the record date for its final dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26. The 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 24, 2026. The Board of Directors had previously recommended a final dividend of ₹2.357 per equity share. The record date for determining shareholder eligibility for this dividend has been fixed as September 30, 2026. If approved by shareholders at the AGM, the dividend will be paid within 30 days of approval, subject to TDS.
