STL Networks Appoints Chandrasekhara Rao Battula as Interim CEO

STL Networks Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Chandrasekhara Rao Battula as an Additional Director and Interim Chief Executive Officer, designated as Whole Time Director and Key Managerial Personnel. This appointment is effective from June 11, 2026, for a term of one year. Mr. Battula brings over 23 years of experience in telecommunications, government, public sector, healthcare, and defence. He is currently leading the System Integration business and sales for Invenia. The company also confirmed that the reconstitution of its Board Committees, decided in the June 10, 2026 Board Meeting, is effective from June 11, 2026. Mr. Battula is not related to any existing directors or KMPs and is not debarred from holding a director's office.
