Aica Kogyo Acquires 10.13% Stake in Stylam Industries

Aica Kogyo Company, Ltd has acquired a 10.13% stake in Stylam Industries Limited through an off-market transaction on June 17, 2026. This acquisition, part of a larger agreement to potentially acquire up to 40% of the company, increases Aica Kogyo's total shareholding in Stylam Industries to 40%. The transaction involved the purchase of 17,16,240 equity shares. Prior to this acquisition, Aica Kogyo held approximately 29.87% of Stylam Industries.
