Stylam Industries Ltd. Alters Articles of Association, Appoints Scrutinizer

Stylam Industries Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors approved the alteration of Articles of Association by amending article 85, allowing the number of directors to not be less than 3 and not more than 15.
