Mr. Mehta, a Chartered Accountant and Law Graduate, brings over three decades of experience in accounting, legal, and strategic expertise, currently serving as Managing Partner at K C Mehta & Co LLP. He has a strong background in tax litigation, international tax, and transfer pricing, and has contributed to national policy initiatives. He also serves on the boards of other listed and unlisted companies and is involved in educational and social causes. The company confirmed that Mr. Mehta has not been debarred from holding a director's office.
