Sueryaa Knitwear Director Resigns Due to Personal Reasons

Sueryaa Knitwear Ltd announced the resignation of Ms. Manshi Sharma from her position as a Non-Executive Director, effective July 1, 2026. The resignation was attributed to personal exigencies. The Board of Directors accepted the resignation during a meeting held on July 1, 2026. Following this, the company approved a reconstitution of its Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholder's Relationship Committee. Mr. Sahil Mahawar has been re-designated as Chairperson for both committees, and Mr. Vishnu Agarwal has been appointed as a Member to the Stakeholder's Relationship Committee.
