Sun Pharma Subsidiaries Settle Antitrust Litigation for Confidential Amount

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited's subsidiaries, including Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc., Taro Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., and Taro Pharmaceuticals U.S.A., Inc., have entered into a settlement agreement with a plaintiff in the In re Generic Pharmaceuticals Pricing Antitrust Litigation. The settlement, for a confidential amount, resolves all claims asserted against the subsidiaries in the U.S. Eastern District of Pennsylvania. The agreement includes a full release of claims and is made without any admission of wrongdoing. Other terms of the settlement remain confidential.
