Superior Finlease Re-appoints Gaurav Vashsit as Internal Auditor

Superior Finlease Limited's Board of Directors, during a meeting held on September 8, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Gaurav Vashsit as the Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. The board also decided to appoint a new Statutory Auditor and is initiating the process for identification and appointment. Additionally, the company approved an application to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) seeking an extension for holding the 32nd Annual General Meeting for FY 2025-26, due to the ongoing statutory auditor matter. Mr. Gaurav Vashsit is the brother of Director Mr. Vaibhav Vashist.
