Aerpace Industries Director Resigns Due to Health Reasons

Aerpace Industries Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. Virendra Singh Verma from his position as Non-Executive Independent Director, effective June 9, 2026. The resignation is due to health reasons and medical concerns. Consequently, Mr. Verma will also cease to be a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee. He has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation beyond those stated. Mr. Verma also holds directorships and committee memberships in Reliance Infrastructure Limited.
