Syncom Formulations Appoints New Managing Director and Whole-Time Director

Syncom Formulations India Ltd announced significant changes in its directorate following its 38th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026. Shri Rahul Vijay Bankda has been appointed as Director and Managing Director, effective August 12, 2026. Smt. Rinki Ankit Bankda has been appointed as Director and Whole-Time Director, also effective August 12, 2026. Additionally, Smt. Ruchi Jindal has been re-appointed as a Woman Independent Director for a second five-year term, commencing June 28, 2027. These appointments were approved by the company's members.
