Syncom Formulations Promoters Forgo ₹4.75 Cr Dividend

Syncom Formulations India Ltd announced that its Promoters and Promoter Group have voluntarily waived their entitlement to the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The proposed dividend was ₹0.10 per equity share. The Promoters and Promoter Group hold 47,53,47,599 equity shares, representing approximately 50.57% of the total outstanding shares. This waiver amounts to ₹4,75,34,759.90, which will reduce the total dividend payout if approved by shareholders. The waiver is unconditional and does not involve any consideration from the company.
