Syncom Formulations Holds 38th AGM, E-voting Results Pending

Syncom Formulations (India) Limited held its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 30, 2026, conducted via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM). The meeting commenced at 2:00 P.M. IST and concluded at 2:42 P.M. IST. A quorum of 73 members was present, exceeding the minimum requirement.
