Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Ltd announced that Mr. Kurjibhai Premjibhai Rupareliya has resigned as an Executive Director of the company, effective August 18, 2026. The resignation was accepted by the Board of Directors due to personal reasons. The company also noted the resignation of Mr. Arvind Pradhan Bhanushali as Managing Director, who will continue as a Non-Executive Director, and the appointment of Ms. Meena Arvind Bhanushali as the new Managing Director.
