Talwalkars MD Resigns, Continues as Non-Executive Director

Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Ltd announced that Mr. Arvind Pradhan Bhanushali has resigned as Managing Director, effective August 18, 2026. He will continue to serve the company as a Non-Executive Director. Concurrently, Ms. Meena Arvind Bhanushali has been appointed as the new Managing Director for a term of five years, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals. The board also noted the resignation of Mr. Kurjibhai Premjibhai Rupareliya as an Executive Director.
