Monet Securities Acquires 7.10% Stake in Twamev Construction

Monet Securities Pvt. Ltd., along with its Person Acting in Concert (PAC) Mace Venture, has acquired a combined 1,10,00,000 equity shares, representing 7.10% of the paid-up equity share capital of Twamev Construction And Infrastructure Limited. The acquisition, totaling 55,00,000 shares for each entity, was made through the open market on September 23, 2026. The total investment amounted to ₹15,50,00,000. This disclosure is made in compliance with SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
