The Promoter and Promoter Group of Twamev Construction and Infrastructure Ltd have executed the sale of 1,00,00,000 equity shares, representing a 6.46% stake, on September 23, 2026. Mr. Ravi Todi sold 90,00,000 shares (5.81%) and M/s Ravi Todi HUF and M/s Nadia Security Printing and Stationery Co. Pvt Ltd each sold 10,00,000 shares (0.65%). The total holding before the sale was 31.79%, and after the sale, it reduced to 25.98%. The transaction was conducted in the open market.
