Twamev Construction Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27

Twamev Construction and Infrastructure Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct. The window will be shut for all Directors, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the un-audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ending September 30, 2026. The exact date of the board meeting to approve these results will be communicated later. Designated persons and connected individuals are advised against trading during this period.
