Tata Power & Druk Green Corp Sign MoU for 5,000 MW

Tata Power and Druk Green Power Corporation (DGPC) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Thimphu, Bhutan, to develop a skill development ecosystem for 5,000 MW of clean energy capacity. The MoU aims to build a future-ready workforce through structured training programs delivered by Tata Power Skill Development Institute (TPSDI). The initiative includes safety training, technical skill development, and specialized capabilities for long-term operation and maintenance of clean energy assets. The MoU signing ceremony was graced by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of Bhutan, Lyonchhen Tshering Tobgay.
