Tata Power Partners Imperial College for Energy Systems Research

Tata Power has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Imperial College London to explore collaboration in research, technology, and knowledge exchange for the energy transition. The partnership will focus on areas such as grid flexibility, energy storage, AI/ML in energy, and advanced energy systems. This collaboration aligns with the India-UK Vision 2035, aiming to accelerate net-zero ambitions by combining Tata Power's operational experience with Imperial's research expertise in digital technologies and decarbonisation. The initiative seeks to develop practical applications for more flexible, resilient, and lower-carbon energy systems.
