Technocraft to Deduct TDS on Interim Dividend

Technocraft Industries (India) Limited has announced that it will deduct Tax at Source (TDS) on the interim dividend to be paid to shareholders. An email communication has been sent to shareholders explaining the process of withholding tax from dividends at prescribed rates, based on their residential status and submitted documents, as per the Income Tax Act, 2025. The board will consider the interim dividend payment on May 28, 2026, and the record date will be fixed accordingly. Shareholders can avail concessional TDS rates by submitting necessary documents before the record date.
