Tejassvi Aaharam: Praanna Natarajan & Others Acquire 72.55% Stake

Tejassvi Aaharam Limited has disclosed a substantial acquisition of 4,21,97,154 equity shares, representing 72.55% of the total diluted share capital, through a preferential issue. The acquisition was made by Praanna Natarajan and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), including Rajat Chakra & Holding Pvt Ltd, Sipping Spirits Private Limited, and Saranga Investments and Consultancy Private Limited. The shares were allotted on July 20th, 2026. Post-acquisition, the acquirers collectively hold 72.55% of the company's voting capital. The acquired equity shares rank pari-passu with existing shares.
