Axentra Corp Acquires Emageia Pty Ltd for ₹37.13 Cr

Axentra Corp Ltd announced board approval for the acquisition of 100% equity shares of Emageia Pty Ltd, an Australian entity. The acquisition involves a cash consideration of ₹19.04 Cr and ₹18.09 Cr, totaling ₹37.13 Cr. Axentra will issue 70,52,593 equity shares at ₹27 each to TK7 Holdings Pty Ltd, the sole shareholder of Emageia, as part of the non-cash consideration. The company also approved increasing its authorized share capital and plans to issue convertible warrants and equity shares to promoters and the public.
