Terai Tea Appoints Rajendra Kanodia as Whole Time Director

Terai Tea Company Ltd announced a change in designation for Mr. Rajendra Kanodia from Non-Executive Director to Executive-Whole-time Director. Mr. Kanodia's remuneration has been fixed for a period of five years, from August 25, 2026, to August 24, 2031, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. He has been associated with the company since January 28, 1987, and brings over 40 years of experience in tea plantation, marketing, and finance.
