Texmaco Rail Bags ₹27.82 Cr Order from Hindalco

Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd has announced the receipt of a significant order worth ₹27.82 Crores (including taxes) from Hindalco Industries Limited. The order is for the supply of one BTAP rake along with one Brake Van for the Aditya Expansion Project. This domestic order is expected to be executed within 8 months from the date of the Purchase Order. The company confirmed that promoters or group companies do not have any interest in Hindalco, and the transaction is not a related party transaction.
