CTL Trusteeship Encumbers Themis Medicare Shares for Debentures

CTL Trusteeship Limited, acting as debenture trustee, has disclosed the creation of an encumbrance on 30,00,000 equity shares of Themis Medicare Limited. This pledge, effective July 31, 2026, is in favor of CTL Trusteeship on behalf of debenture holders, as per a debenture trust deed with OSS Software Solutions Labs Private Limited. The encumbered shares represent 3.26% of Themis Medicare's total diluted share capital. Following this, the total encumbered shares held by Vividhmargi Trust (in whose name the shares are registered) in favor of the debenture trustee now stand at 2,83,17,620, representing 30.75% of the total diluted share capital.
