UVS Hospitality Allots Equity Shares & Warrants Worth ₹28.47 Cr

UVS Hospitality and Services Ltd announced the outcome of its Allotment Committee meeting, approving the allotment of 23,87,257 equity shares on a preferential basis for the acquisition of 34.76% stake in Calcio Restaurants Private Limited via share swap. Additionally, the company approved the allotment of 2,16,000 equity shares for cash and 4,45,000 convertible warrants. The total value of equity shares allotted is ₹23,87,25,700 for the Calcio acquisition and ₹2,16,00,000 for cash allotment. Convertible warrants were allotted for ₹4,45,00,000, with 25% of the issue price received. These actions are expected to increase the company's paid-up share capital.
