Thyrocare: Pledge Released on 1.75 Cr Shares by Promoter Docon

Docon Technologies Pvt Ltd, a promoter of Thyrocare Technologies Ltd, has announced the release of a pledge on 1,75,00,000 equity shares. These shares, representing 10.99% of the total equity, were previously encumbered in favor of Catalyst Trusteeship Limited as security for Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) issued by API Holdings Limited, Docon's holding company. The outstanding principal amount of these NCDs is INR 10,500 million. Following the release, Docon's encumbered shareholding in Thyrocare has reduced to 49.93%. This disclosure is made under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
