API Holdings acquires Thyrocare stake via Docon amalgamation

API Holdings Limited has successfully completed the amalgamation of Docon Technologies Private Limited with itself, a process sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) on August 31, 2026. The amalgamation became effective on September 3, 2026, with the filing of the NCLT order with the Registrar of Companies. As a result, Docon's entire shareholding in Thyrocare Technologies Ltd, amounting to 8,12,00,000 equity shares (51.02% stake), has been transferred and vested with API Holdings by operation of law. This transaction does not alter the aggregate shareholding of Thyrocare's Promoter and Promoter Group.
