NCLT Approves Docon Technologies Amalgamation with API Holdings

Thyrocare Technologies Ltd announced that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Docon Technologies Private Limited with API Holdings Limited. The amalgamation, effective upon filing with the Registrar of Companies, will see Docon's assets and liabilities transferred to API. Docon's 51.02% stake in Thyrocare will be vested in API, resulting in no change to the aggregate shareholding of the Promoter and Promoter Group, which remains at 51.02%. API Holdings Limited will hold this stake directly post-amalgamation.
