API Holdings Completes Amalgamation with Docon Technologies

Thyrocare Technologies Ltd has announced the completion of the amalgamation of Docon Technologies Private Limited with API Holdings Limited. The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, sanctioned the scheme on August 31, 2026. The scheme became effective on September 3, 2026, with Docon's assets, liabilities, and undertakings vesting in API Holdings. Consequently, API Holdings now holds Docon's entire shareholding in Thyrocare, comprising 8,12,00,000 equity shares, representing 51.02% of the paid-up share capital. This transaction does not alter the aggregate shareholding of Thyrocare's promoter and promoter group.
