Titan Company Ltd Appoints Mr. Srinivasan Varadarajan as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director

Titan Company Ltd has appointed Mr. Srinivasan Varadarajan as an Additional Director designated as Non-Executive Independent Director, effective 1st April 2026 for a term of five years, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company. Mr. Varadarajan is a banking veteran with over three decades of experience in financial services. He has served in various capacities in commercial banking, investment banking, international banking, treasury, and global markets. He was previously the Non-Executive Chairman of Union Bank of India and Deputy Managing Director of Axis Bank. He has also served on several RBI Committees and held positions in various financial associations.
