Transvoy Logistics Appoints Internal and Secretarial Auditors

Transvoy Logistics India Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on May 23, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s Parth Nair and Associates as Secretarial Auditor and M/s SIS & Co. as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The board also reviewed and adopted the standalone and consolidated financial statement along with the Audit Report for the financial year ended on March 31, 2026. The Statutory Auditors have expressed their unmodified opinion on the Audited Financial Results.
