Trent Ltd: Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP to be replaced as Statutory Auditors

Trent Ltd announced a rotation of its statutory auditors. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, the current auditors, will complete their second five-year term upon the conclusion of the 75th AGM in 2027. The Board of Directors, on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has proposed the appointment of B S R & Co. LLP as the new statutory auditors for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 75th AGM in 2027 until the conclusion of the 80th AGM in 2032. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval. The company also reported its un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and a change in the Head of Internal Audit.
