Trent Ltd: Head of Internal Audit Retires, Successor Appointed

Trent Ltd announced a change in its senior management personnel. Mr. Ratul Neogi, Head of Internal Audit, will retire effective September 1, 2026. Ms. Varsha Agarwal has been appointed as the new Head of Internal Audit. The company also approved its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting a net profit of ₹531.77 crore. Additionally, the Board recommended the appointment of B S R & Co. LLP as the new statutory auditors for a five-year term starting FY 2027-28, succeeding Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP.
