GRT Jewellers Acquires 74.12% Stake in Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri

GRT Jewellers (India) Private Limited has acquired 4,94,59,775 equity shares, representing 74.12% of the total capital, in Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Limited through an off-market purchase. This acquisition, finalized on October 30, 2026, pursuant to a share purchase agreement, results in GRT Jewellers becoming the promoter of Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Limited and gaining control of the company. Prior to this transaction, GRT Jewellers did not hold any shares in the target company.
